The Black Hills Epic is our way of saying thank you for riding with Waypoints. This is a special 4-day adventure, available only to alumni riders, built as a greatest-hits tour of one of the most iconic riding regions in the country.
This custom route blends the best of BDRX, DAKAL, and a touch of the legendary Dakota 600 into one unforgettable experience.

The Black Hills Epic tour is rated Intermediate on the terrain rating system. We strongly encourage you take a look at the self assessment to determine if this is the right tour for you prior to booking your spot on the ride. We can go over any questions you may have or if you are unsure anytime.
Deposit Timeline:
1/3 due at the time of booking (100% refundable through 60 from departure)
1/3 due 90 days prior to departure date (100% refundable through 60 from departure)
1/3 due 30 days prior to departure
Our tours are priced with a minimum group size of 6 riders. If we end up with fewer riders, pricing may be adjusted so the ride can still go forward. We’ll always communicate any changes clearly, and our priority is to keep your adventure on schedule.
